Group’s activities began in 1979 in the property and land development.

Mr Aristodemou is the creator and sole funder of the self financed Group, whom possesses years of extensive experience and has always maintained a reputable position within the industry in the whole of Cyprus, specifically within the Paphos district.

He holds a variety of national social and industry relevant and general responsibilities and positions such as: EX Vice President of Paphos Chamber of Commerce & Industry, a member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus’s Large Scale Projects Association and Cyprus’s Chambers of Commerce & Industry.

He was in June 2014, appointed as the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Paphos by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nicos Anastasiades.

Ioanna, wears so many key executive hats within the company such as, being a PA to the managing director, in charge of company’s accounts and maintaining direct and on-going duties in relation to all, small and large scale projects.

She has obtained Bachelor in Economics and been with the company since January 2001 

Aristos, carries a number of key responsibilities within the company such as, head of sales, marketing and business development and in charge of the real estate division of the company.

He is an executive member Paphos’s chamber of commerce and industry and its International relations department as well as maintaining a junior position within the International Chamber of Cyprus.

He possesses over 7 years of upstream international experience, having generated stable working relationships with a large number of overseas clients and associates. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master in International Business. Aristos speaks English and Russian.
